The BEC provides industry seasoned experts to help with the creation of strategic, as well as annual, plans that support an organization’s vision and mission. Effective planning becomes especially urgent in times of dramatic economic changes, particularly when an acquisition, divestiture, or other restructuring comes into play. We can help establish a Hoshin planning program for firms that do not have a formalized planning system, as well as provide an expert outside review to fine-tune a current planning system. The output of the planning initiative would be the identification of actions to close gaps between current performance levels and target levels.
